Our client for this UX study is Grady Newsource. It is both an undergraduate course for journalism student within Grady and an independent news organization that serves the local community. The Grady Newsource website is a critical part of both its service to the community and the experiential learning process, but—as it currently stands—is not meeting the needs of any audience.

We were first approached by Dr. Nsenga Burton, a new addition to the faculty of Grady and the current digital editor of Grady Newsource. She understood that there were some issues with the current site, but she didn’t quite know the extent to which these problems might be affecting her users.
