At Harry Norman, REALTORS, the office in which I managed the marketing for, was new to the area. We needed to figure out how to increase our brand awareness and also add value to people in the community that are interested in real estate. I came up with the idea to create a magazine that displays several of our office listings, in addition to including real estate articles, and other interesting articles that people in the community might be interested in.
In order off-set the cost of printing, I also managed the advertisers in which we included in the magazine each month.
This magazine was published both in digital and print format and averaged 17,250 print distribution and 2,000+ online monthly views.
