Digital Analytics Dashboard

In an effort to track digital growth across key marketing channels for 18 offices within the UGA SBDC organization, my Graduate Assistant and I developed a robust social media dashboard using Google Sheets. The dashboard concept was developed by linking 20+ Google Sheets which sorted and used formulas to calculate averages from owned data exported from Twitter, Facebook, and Constant Contact. Quarter averages and overall organizational averages were then calculated to be included as performance benchmarks. The data was then imported into a custom designed Google Slide Deck, which transformed the data into easy to consume charts and graphs coded by me. The Google Slide Decks were distributed to each office to help track their digital marketing efforts from quarter to quarter, in addition to seeing how any changes made within their digital strategy affected their overall performance in the previous year.
